We investigate these practices by assisting our clients and/or their attorneys in gathering facts for the purpose of properly identifying the causes of damage, prescribing the proper corrective action, and recommending a course of action to prevent future damage.  Furthermore, we organize the chronology of events leading up to the damage, interview potential witnesses, and assist counsel in industry terminology necessary for adequate discovery of relative data.

Company Profile

Eastern Subterranean and Formosan termite damage claims are often complicated because they involve a number of issues that require a heightened understanding of entomology and the pest control industry.  We have a unique knowledge of both.

Regardless of contract language, we hold pest control companies responsible when their actions, or lack of them, result in damage to our clients property, loss of client health, or diminishment of client resources.
