Our firm conducts investigations of termite damage and assist our clients in recovering losses. Due to our knowledge of termite damage, entomology, and every aspect of the pest control industry, we often assist our clients in reaching settlements without litigation. If litigation is imminent, our firm prepares clients/attorneys for trial/arbitration by formulating trial strategy, charting a chronology of events, suggesting remedial treatment recommendations (as requested) and conducting interviews of potential witnesses and experts. Our firm also evaluates treatments performed by the pest control industry for effectiveness and accuracy of delivery of pesticides. We also assist pest control companies with operational issues such as training, marketing, and loss prevention: Our services are available to insurance companies, pest control companies, to serve as consultants and as expert witness to defense and plaintiff attorneys and to premises owners. Our services are available to consumers throughout the country regardless of the pest control company involved.
